Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Toss chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Spread evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, shaking the tray halfway for even crispiness.
Let cool slightly before serving.
