Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 cups mushrooms (sliced)

2 tbsp butter

1 clove garlic (minced)

Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender.

Serve as a side dish or over toast.

Tip: Garnish with fresh parsley for extra flavor.
