Sweet Potato and Turmeric Cake

Ingredients:

1 medium sweet potato (mashed)

3 eggs

100g almond flour

1 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).

Mix mashed sweet potato, eggs, and olive oil.

Add almond flour, baking powder, turmeric, and salt, then mix well.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
