Ingredients:
2 carrots (grated)
3 eggs
100g almond flour
50g sunflower seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Mix grated carrots, eggs, and olive oil.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Fold in sunflower seeds.
Bake for 30–35 minutes.
