Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups grated carrot

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ cup sugar

½ cup oil

2 eggs

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Beat eggs, sugar, and oil.

Add carrots, then add dry ingredients.

Bake for 40 minutes.
