Ingredients:
100g coconut flour
3 eggs
100ml coconut milk
1/2 cup black olives (chopped)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Whisk eggs, coconut milk, and olive oil.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and basil.
Fold in chopped olives.
Bake for 30–35 minutes.
