Coconut Flour and Spinach Cake

Ingredients:

100g coconut flour

3 eggs

1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

3 tbsp olive oil

150ml coconut milk

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).

In a bowl, whisk eggs, olive oil, and coconut milk.

Add coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder, then mix well.

Fold in the chopped spinach.

Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
