Ingredients:
2 eggs
ΒΌ cup milk
Β½ cup chopped tomatoes
ΒΌ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or feta)
1 tsp butter
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until edges begin to set.
Sprinkle chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese on top.
Let cook for another 2 minutes, then fold the omelette in half.
Cook for 1 more minute, then serve hot.
Tip: Add fresh basil or oregano for extra flavor.
